Meine Großeltern hatten einen großen Garten mit Obstbäumen. Ein Highlight waren die Pflaumenbäume und die sonntäglichen Pflückaktionen mit meinem Großvater.
Meine Großmutter konnte sensationell backen und ich werde das heimelige Gefühl der Teatime (bei ihr gab es noch Tee aus dem Samowar) und das Sonntagsgeschirr aus dem knarrenden Schrank niemals vergessen…

Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig vermengen.

STEP 3
Mit Hilfe des Teigrollers auswalzen.
Ich mache dies immer auf Backpapier, ihr könnt es natürlich auf der mehligen Arbeitsfläche machen. Nun den Teig in die gut gefettete Tarteform geben und einen Rand bilden.

STEP 4
Die Pflaumen waschen, mittig aufschneiden, vom Kern befreien und vierteln.

STEP 5
Kreisförmig die Pflaumen mit Schale nach unten auf dem Teig verteilen. Hier mal ein Bild alternativ mit Apfel.

STEP 6
Bevor es in den vorgeheizten Ofen geht, Butterflocken und die Zucker-und Zimtmischung locker aus dem Handgelenk auf die Pflaumen geben.
Alternativ könnt ihr auch Ahornsirup wählen. Wir mögen es aber gern herbstlich-zimtig.

STEP 7
Bei 200 Grad wird die Tarte nun 30 Minuten gebacken und dann noch ofenwarm mit Vanilleeis oder Schlagsahne direkt genossen.
